Our fundraising event at the renowned Detroit Fish House was a night to remember! Guests arrived in their finest Derby attire, donning elegant outfits and stylish hats, ready to enjoy an evening of excitement and generosity.

Highlights

Attendees indulged in a mouthwatering Southern Buffet prepared by the talented Detroit Fish House Culinary Team, featuring favorites like BBQ short ribs, mac ‘n’ cheese, cornbread soufflé, and more. Each guest was also treated to a classic Mint Julep, setting the tone for a night of celebration.

The event was packed with thrilling activities, including the Four-Run for the Roses Races, where participants competed for 50/50 winnings, and a spirited Best Hat Contest for both men and women. Guests also had the chance to take home fantastic prizes through fun raffle baskets, a Barrel of Cheer, and exclusive Woodford Bourbon-sponsored swag.

Most importantly, the evening raised vital funds for Heat 4 Heroes, our nonprofit dedicated to providing assisted HVAC services to qualified veterans, police officers, and firefighters. Thanks to the generosity of our guests and sponsors, we took a significant step toward ensuring these heroes have safe and comfortable homes all year round.
